Peace & Eco-friendly children park was established by our Peace & ecology youth forum of Navithanvely DS division on 20th May of 2024 under PIPE (Promoting Integration of Peace & Ecology) project. The project is funded by CAFOD. Peace & Community Action (PCA) is implementing this project to bring peace through integrated ecology among multipluralized communities in Ampara district’s three divisions(Navithanvely,Uhana & Kalmunai).
Over 200 hundred of children and people were participated in this children inauguration ceremony. PCA’s National Director Mr.T. Thayaparan and Rev. Sulaxan officially open the children park on that day.
The park will be using that areas both religions in that area. They can be integrate with this peaceful & Eco-friendly place.
Our youth-leds self motivated to approach several ways to bring the sustain the peace through this project in these divisions under PIPE project.
