The community engagement (Exposure Visit)of District youth forum Batticaloa was held on 20th April 2024 At kanesapuram, Vellaveli. As a part of this social initiative, a Sticker campaign and Handbill promotion was also conducted in Kaluwanchikudi market. Those stickers and posters were distributed to the shops and people there.
During this community engagement program, all the youth visited the nearby houses in Vellaveli area and had their lunch. Through this, an opportunity for the youth to learn about the lifestyles and food habits of the people in that area and to develop a good understanding between the youth belonging to different ethnicities and religions.
